India reports 1,761 Covid Deaths, 2.59 lakh fresh cases
New Delhi, Apr 20: India reported a biggest 1-Day spike in deaths as 1761 people were reported dead due to covid-19 during the past 24 hours.
Officials said that is the biggest one day spike after the pandemic broke out in the country in March 2020. Meanwhile, 2.59 Lakh fresh covid infections cases have also been reported during the past 24 hours as several states have announced curbs on the movement of people.
