Srinagar: The Ramadhan moon was sighted on Tuesday at several places across Jammu and Kashmir.
Grand Mufti Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam, said that the confirmation about the Ramadan moon has been received from Jammu as well as some other areas this evening.
He said that Wednesday 14th of April shall therefore be observed as the first day of the Month of Ramadhan in Jammu and Kashmir.
