Jammu, Apr 13: A mentally unsound person hailing from Pakistan administered Kashmir was arrested by security forces in RS Pura area of Jammu, officials said on Tuesday.
SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli said that the unsound person states his name to be Shabir.
Further investigations are underway, he added. (GNS)
