Govt orders temporary suspension of all indoor sports activities
Srinagar, Apr 06: Amid the surge in covid cases, the administration on Tuesday ordered temporary suspension of all indoor sports activities in the Union Territory
“It is hereby ordered that all close contact sports like Boxing, Wrestling, Judo Karate, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Thanga-ta, taekwondo, Wushu and sports of similar character shall remain suspended till further orders,” an order issued by the admin said.
More over as per the order all other outdoor sports activities shall be conducted after following necessary SOP’s as detailed in the Circular instructions issued by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports earlier.
