Curb negative election campaigns
The assembly elections campaigns in the five States are creating hate politics. Leaders of all parties are attempting their best to tilt voters towards each other by accusing the opposition.
The works which the ruling party has performed for the betterment and development of the public in the last five years are not being discussed anywhere. Spreading hatred among people, making false promises, and trying to polarize votes is the main motive of the politicians.
It is obvious that the fourth pillar of democracy is now collapsing due to political parties contending for power. Politicians should reach to the public with their development agenda and boost democratic values. To curb negative election campaigns is the need of the hour.
