Srinagar militant attack: Anantnag family lost their lone adult male member

Anantnag: Suhail Ahmad Lohar (30) son of late Mushtaq Ahmad Lohar of Laripora village in Ashmuqam belt of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district who was killed in Baghat militant attack was the lone bread earner of his family.
Suhail who was married has two minor siblings and he was the lone adult male member in the family.
Locals said that Mushtaq Ahmad, father of Suhail had gone for arms training to PaK and he was killed on the LoC during 1990.
“At that time Suhail was just four years old and since then he had faced life on his own. He was a hard working young man and he somehow managed a job in Police department to take care of his family,” said one of his neighbour. .
He said that Suhail got married some seven years back e and has two minor sons Suhaib (06) and Usman (03).
They said that besides his two sons, he has left behind his mother Saja Begum and wife Sabia.
Locals said that Suhail was a pious soul and was has always been on the forefront to help the locals and others living in his vicinity.
They said that his killing has left the whole area in a deep shock.
Meanwhile, thousands of people participated in his last rites and hundred continued to visit his residence to offer condolences.
PDP president and former chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Saturday also visited his residence and urged the central government to hold dialogue with Pakistan and other stakeholders to end violence in Kashmir.
