Srinagar, Jan 31: the Cold wave like condition continued in Kashmir as Sringar freezed at minus 8.8 Degree centigrade, breaking the previous record of minus 8.4 degree centigrade which was recorded during this month of January.

Pertinently, this is the lowest temperature recorded in Srinagar in last 30 years. (GNS)
