Drug Peddler held in Sopore
Sopore: Police on Monday arrested one drug peddler and recovered contraband substance from his possession, a police spokesman said here.
He said that police during a Naka duty arrested one drug peddler in Rafiabad area when he was moving in suspicious circumstances at Ladoora Crossing. He identified him as Qaiser Ahmad Dar S/O Ghulam Hassan Dar R/O Ladoora Rafiabad.
“12 bottles of Codeine Phosphate and around 40 tablets of sposmoproxevon were recovered from his possession.
A case vide FIR number 09/2021 U/S 8/22 NDPS Act stands registered at Police Station Dangiwacha and further investigation has been initiated, the spokesman added.
