Killing of Hazara miners: Thousands protest in Kargil, seek action against killers

Kargil: Thousands of people after Friday prayers carried out a massive rally against what they said ‘genocide’ of ‘Hazara Shia’ community in Pakistan.
Reports said that the rally passed through Kargil roads while participants condemned the killing of members from Hazara community in Pakistan.
The protesters chanted slogans demanding arrest and punishment for those who carry out attacks on innocent Shias.
Pertinently, unknown gunmen gunned down 11 coal miners in Macch area of Balochistan Pakistan a couple of days ago. The incident was widely condemned by people while Pakistan Prime Minister without mentioning the name of any community had promised strict action against the assailants.
“The condemnable killing of 11 innocent coal miners in Machh Balochistan is yet another cowardly inhumane act of terrorism. Have asked the FC to use all resources to apprehend these killers & bring them to justice. The families of the victims will not be left abandoned by the government,” Khan had tweeted.
Meanwhile, Jammu Kashmir Anjuman Shari Shian leader Aga Syed Muntazir while condemning the killing of Hazara Community members demanding action against the culprits. (KNT)
