Encounter starts in Baramulla village, gunshots heard
Srinagar, Dec 24: Few gunshots were heard after government forces launched massive cordon and search operation in Wanigam Payeen Kreeri area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday morning.
Police in a tweet said that a joint team of Police, army and CRPF has encircled suspected spot where two militants are believed to be trapped.
The tweet further said that some speculative fire was also shot towards the suspected spot.
