Man injured in road mishap at Kupwara
Kupwara: An elderly man was injured after a tractor he was traveling in turned turtle in Chart village of Kupwara in north Kashmir.
According to eyewitness a tractor bearing registration number (JK09B-1412) on way from Batpora to Kunnard turned turtle while negotiating a curve. The incident left the man travelling in the tractor as injured.
The injured has been identified as Noor Mohammad Chechi (60) Son of Alif Din Chechi of Kunnard Chart. Soon after the accident he was shifted to SDH Kupwara for treatment, witnesses added.
A police officer also confirmed the incident and said investigation in this regard have been set into motion.
