Forces launch CASO in Bomai Sopore

Sopore, Oct 11: Forces on Sunday afternoon launched a search and cordon operation in Bomai area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports said that a mixture of forces including Army’s 22 RR, SOG of J&K police and CRPF cordoned off Bomai village of Sopore and sealed all entry and exit points leads towards the village.
Local reports said that house to house searches were conducted by forces in the area.
A top police officer Sopore also confirmed and said following the inputs about presence of some militants in the area, the search operation was launched.
