Youth injured during mishap succumbs
GANDERBAL: Battling for his life for four days after sustaining grievous injuries in a road accident, an injured youth hailing from Kangan succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS Soura, hospital sources said.
They said that a youth identified as Sajad Ahmad Bhat (21) son of Abdul Rashid Bhat resident of Wussan Kangan got seriously injured on September 25 after his scooty bearing registration number JK16 7973 collided with a tractor near power house Kangan.
Though he was immediately rushed to SKIMS Soura however, he succumbed to his injuries four days later.
Police has already registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a pall of gloom descended upon the entire village after his body was brought for conducting his last rites.
