Locals said that there is no water supply scheme for the village due to which they are suffering.
They added that they complained to senior authorities about their problem several times but nothing went in our favour.
“The women folk in our village is forced walk 3 kms to fetch water for drinking, cooking and other purposes,” Shabir Ahmad, a local resident said.
He said that a water tanker comes to the village after every one week to provide drinking water to the villagers.
“But how can we store water for one week as this is practically impossible,” he added.
Locals also complained that the water tanker comes to the village during summers but once winter sets in we get to see the tanker once in a month.
