FCS&CA team conducts market checking in Ganderbal
GANDERBAL: The enforcement squad of the Food civil supplies and consumer affairs (FCS&CA) conducted market checking drive at main market of Ganderbal town on Saturday.
An official said that on the directions of Director FCS&CA and Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, the enforcement squad headed by Assistant Director FCS&CA Ganderbal Dr Naseer Ahmed Baba conducted market checking drive at main markets of Ganderbal to check the menace of hoarding profiteering black marketing. The shopkeepers were asked to adhere to the rate list by the department.
Assistant Director FCS&CA department Ganderbal also visited various Sale centers of District Ganderbal to take stock of distribution process under various schemes like NFSA, JKFES and PMGKAY and to check the status of transactions through PoS.
