Motorcyclist dies, another injured in road mishap
Srinagar: A motorcyclist died and another sustained injuries in a road accident in Tutigund area of Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday.
Reports said that a motorcycle was hit by a unknown vehicle at Tutigund Handwara resulting in on spot death of one person identified as Mudasir Ahmad Sheikh son of Ghulam Nabi Shiekh 32, and injuries to another who was identified as Mehraj u din Bhat son of Mohammad Ramzan.
The injured was rushed to District Hospital Handwara for specialized treatment.
A police officer confirmed the incident and said that a case has been registered in this regard. (GNS)
