Teenager student pens book, plans to publish a Novel soon
Pulwama: When most of the class 12 students are busy planning about their future, Mir Areiba a resident of Pampore has already penned and published as book and is right now writing a novel which she is soon planning to get published.
The teenage girl hailing from Pampore town of Pulwama district has written her first book ‘Nimble Kingdom’, which she terms as kingdom of my emotions.
Mir Areiba daughter of Mohammed Ashraf Mir resident of Kadlabal Pampore who is a class 12 student at MEI Pampore but she has a passion for writing. Her recently published book ‘Nimble kingdom’ is a collection of 32 poems.
Mir Areiba says that she had a flair for writing and ever since she was in class 6th she used to write on different topics.
“With the passage of time and support from my family, I started writing poems in 2015,” she said, adding that since then she has penned down over 50 poems and 32 are part of this book.
“The book is multi themed and revolves around different aspects of life like love, hate, giving up, destiny, emotions, pain and other issues,” she said.
“I was always encouraged by my parents, other family members, relatives, teachers and friends. And today I wish to thank them for letting me realize that I can do it,” she adds.
“I tried to get my book published much before but the situation wasn’t favorable. First the scrapping of Article 370 happened and then the Covid-19 lock down was initiated,” she said.
The budding author says that so far she has received a very positive feedback from all those who read her collection of poems.
“I am hopeful that this positive response I got will remain forever as I have already started working on a novel that is based on life. This book too will be published soon,” she adds.
“My message to everyone will be to never give up, struggle hard and focus on your goal and you will achieve it one day,” she said.
