Domestic help electrocuted to death in Kangan

Kangan, July 24: A young domestic help working in a residential quarter of a lady medico died of an electric shock here in Kangan Ganderbal.
Reports said that 24 year old Mushtaq Ahmad Payer son of Wali Mohammad Payer a resident of Payerpora Hayhama Kupwara who was working as a cook died after he accidentally came in contact with a live electric wire.
Though the deceased was immediately taken to SDH Kangan, adjacent to the residential quarter, however he was declared brought dead by doctors.
A police official while confirming the incident said that after medico-legal formalities, the body will be handed over to his family for last rites.
Meanwhile, police has taken cognizance of the incident.
