20 year old girl ends her life in Bandipora village

Sopore, July 07: A 20 year old woman (name withheld) on Tuesday committed suicide after consuming some poisonous substance at her home in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, police sources said.
They said that the girl was a resident of Kehnoosa village of Bandipora district. The girl after falling unconscious was immediately rushed to sub district hospital Sopore for treatment where doctors declared her as brought dead, reports said.
However, the reason for the suicide was not immediately known.
Meanwhile, police has registered a case and taken up further investigations.
