COVID-19: One more death reported, toll reaches to 80
Srinagar, June 20: One more COVID-19 positive patients died in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday taking the overall toll of deaths due to pandemic to four in the day and total 80 deaths in the Union Territory so far.
The dead has been identified as a 65-year-old man from Kanihama, Budgam.
Officials sources said that the 65-year-old man from Budgam was admitted at SKIMS in Medical emergency as a case of bilateral community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) on Friday and he died during night at 1:30 am
“His samples were tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday and reports came positive on Saturday”, he said, adding that “The person died due to cardiopulmonary arrest.” (KNO)
