Youth commits ‘suicide’ in Ramban
Ramban: A 22-year-old youth allegedly committed suicide by hanging self in Adhwa area of Ramban here on Monday afternoon, police officials said.
They said the youth identified as Amarjeet Singh Manhas a resident of Adhwa in the district was spotted hanging from a tree, adjacent to his house this afternoon.
The deceased, as per the official, was pursuing a degree in Law from Jammu University.
Meanwhile, SHO Ramban, Sunil Sharma confirming the incident said that a case has been registered and investigations have been taken up in this regard. (GNS)
