Man found dead in Sheeri village in north Kashmir
Baramulla, June 13: A 40-year old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Sheeri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday morning.
Police sources said that a man identified as Akthar Hussian, son of Mehboob Alam of Sinpora Delina was found dead in Sheeri village.
They said police after being informed, reached the spot and took the body in their custody for legal formalities.
The body was later handed over to the family for last rites, reports added. Meanwhile, Station House Officer (SHO) Sheeri said that a case under the relevant act was registered while further investigation has been taken up. (KNO)
