Army recovers two UBGL grenades during CASO
Kupwara: Government forces Tuesday claimed to have recovered two Under Barrel Grenade Launcher (UBGL) Grenades during a cordon and search operation in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Official sources said that after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in Chaupan Mohalla Zunreshi village, soldiers from 14 Sikhli and Special Operation Group personnel of Jammu and Kashmir Police cordoned off the village and conducted search operation.
During the search operation they found 2 UBGL grenades. “No arrests were however, made.” (KNT)
