Two Teachers suspended in Pulwama for not performing covid related duties

PULWAMA: On the directions of District Magistrate Dr Raghav Langer, Additional Deputy Commissioner/ADM Pulwama Friday suspended two teachers for non-compliance of directions under section 34 and 65 of Disaster Management Act, 2005.
The two Teachers namely Mohammad Azad Koka, Teacher PS Kulpora and Ghulam Hassan Dar, Teacher HS Dogripora , Members of Cluster-wise Health Surveillance Team Panzgam have been placed under suspension with immediate effect and shall remain attached with the office of Tehsldar/Executive Magistrate 1st class Awantipora till further orders.
Additional Deputy Commissioner/ADM Pulwama further instructed Tehsildar Awantipora to file charge sheets against the officials and conduct full-fledged enquiry to locate the circumstances underlying such non-compliance and dereliction of duties and furnish the conclusions with specific recommendations for disciplinary action under service rules/ lodging of FIR under section 51(b) read with section 188 IPC.
