Govt announces restrictions on movement in Red zones
Srinagar, May 4: Government on Monday announced restrictions of movement in all red zone ares of Jammu and Kashmir.
“Prohibitions (Curfew) on movement in ALL areas between 7 PM and 7 AM. No movement without passes. Medical emergencies exempted,” Government spokesman, Rohit Kansal, tweeted.
Notably, the government has already notified various areas as Red, Orange and Green zones.
All districts of Kashmir province, Jammu, Kathua and Samba district of Jammu province have been put under red zone category. While Reasi, Udhampur, Ramban and Rajouri have been put under Orange category while Green zone includes Doda, Kishtwar and Poonch.
