Covid-19: 18 including 11 people from Gund Jahangir discharged from hospital

Srinagar: Finally good news for the people of Gund Jahangri village after a long time as 11 villagers infected from Covid-19 have recovered and discharged from the hospital. Three patients from Tangmarg, one patient each from Naidkhai, Budgam, Sopore and Chatabal Srinagar were also discharged.
“18S people, who were hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19 last month, were discharged from JVC SKIMS Bemina today after testing negative for the infection,” a medico from the hospital said.
He said that among these 18 people, 12 people are from Bandipora, 4 from Baramulla, and one each from Srinagar and Budgam.
There are over 50 Covid-19 patients from Gund Jahangir village of Bandipora. “For the first time 11 patients from the same village have recovered and discharged from the hospital. All these recovered patients have been advised to quarantine themselves at home,” the medico said. (KNT)
