Elderly man killed in road mishap
Sopore: An Elderly man died late Sunday after an unidentified vehicle hit him in Sopore town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports said a 60 year old man died on the spot after an unidentified vehicle hit him at Bypass crossing outside his home. The driver manager to flee from the spot alongwith his vehicle.
The deceased has been identified as Haji Mohammad Sidique Mir 60, son of late Mohammad Ramzan of Sidiq Colony bypass Sopore.
Meanwhile, police has registered a case and further investigations have been initiated, a police spokesman said.
