Youth electrocuted to death in Sopore village
Sopore: A 21 year old youth died of electrocution after coming in contact with a live wire at his home at BrathKalan area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday morning.
Reports said that the deceased has been identified as Zubair Ahmed Mir son of Abdul Majeed Mir of Brath Kalan Sopore. According to his family Zubair was found unconscious in the bathroom on Monday morning after he had got an electric shock.
However, he was rushed to SDH Sopore where doctor declared him as brought dead, they added.
Last week, a trucker was killed while his conductor suffered injuries after a high tension transmission line fell on their truck in the same village.
