LPG cylinder catches fire in Anantnag school, three injured

Srinagar: Two women and a sweeper were injured in a fire mishap in a school at Batpora, Larnoo area of Kokernag in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Monday.
Reports said that the two women who are working as Contingent Paid Workers (CPW) and a sweeper at government Primary School received minor burn injuries after the kitchen caught fire as a leaking LPG cylinder proved to be the cause of fire.
The incident occurred when the women were cooking mid-day meals for students, they said.
The injured persons were immediately hospitalized and are said to be out of danger, they added. (GNS)
