Chadoor encounter: Police arrest band-saw owner for questioning
Chadoora: Police have arrested a band-saw owner in connection with recently concluded Chadoora encounter in which a soldier was wounded while militants had managed to escape from the spot.
Official sources said that recently in connection with Zanipora Chadoora encounter, police have arrested a band-saw owner who has been identified as Dilawar Ahmed Sofi.
Sources added that Sofi has been arrested for questioning.
Pertinently, a soldier, identified as Deepak Kumar sustained a bullet injury in his hand in this encounter while militants believed to be three in number managed to escape from the spot. (KNT)
