GDA employee caught while accepting bribe
Srinagar: An employee of Gulmarg Development Authority (GDA) was caught red handed by Vigilance organisation while taking a bribe from a businessman dealing with auto spare parts, a vigilance spokesman said Saturday.
He said that the employee was caught red handed while accepting the bribe of 5000 from a person who is running auto spare parts shop.
The employee was identified as Nazir Ahmad Pir who is working as clerk in Gulmarg Development authority. The accused was taken into custody by the Vigilance department.
The locals of the Gulmarg and adjoining villages have hailed the move of vigilance organization. (KNS)
