IAF personnel killings: Court lists case for hearing in December
Jammu: A TADA Court here in Jammu after hearing the arguments and counter arguments in a case related to the killing of Indian Air Forces Personnel and abduction of Dr Rubiya Sayeed listed the case for next hearing on December 3 next month.
The accused Muhammad Yasin Malik who is currently lodged in Delhi’s Tihar jail in militancy funding case wasn’t produced before the TADA court.
Two charge sheets were filed by the CBI against Muhammad Yasin Malik before the designated TADA court in Jammu.
At least 3 FIR’s were lodged by Jammu Kashmir Police at police station Nowhata, MR Ganj and Shaheed Ganj in 1989 against Muhammad Yasin Malik. (KNT)
