Protestors torch two vehicles
Qazigund: Unknown youth torched two vans belonging to Bhartiya Janata Party workers in Qazigund area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday, reports said.
Official sources said that BJP Deputy Secretary from Qazigund Abid Hussain Khan and his associate had parked their two vans bearing registration numbers (JK03V-6598) and (JK03D-4475) outside a house when unknown youth appeared at the spot and torched both vans. The vans were completely gutted in the fire.
Sources added that police have taken cognizance of the incident and registered a case against unknown persons. (KNT)
