Police cracks whip on fraud HR consultancy in Srinagar, accused arrested
Budgam: Police on Thursday said that it has arrested one person for duping people in lieu of providing jobs outside India.
According to police officials case against ‘Gulf HR consultancy agency Hyderpora’ has been registered after victims filed a complaint against the accused.
The arrested has been identified as Adil Ahmad Shiekh, S/O Mohammad Yousuf Shiekh, R/O Nowpora Khayam.
Police said that complainants had approached them alleging that the consultancy had duped them and taken their documents, passports and huge amount of money in lieu of providing jobs in foreign countries.
“Investigation in this case has been taken up,” police said.
