Srinagar: Seven Deputy Commissioners were among 20 IAS and KAS officers transferred by the government in the interest of administration on Tuesday, a government spokesman said.
According to an order issued here, Sushma Chauhan (IAS,JK:2009), Deputy Commissioner, Samba, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.
Ramesh Kumar (IAS, JK 2011), Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department.
Avny Lavasa (IAS, JK:2013), Deputy Commissioner, Leh, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, J&K Economic Reconstruction Agency, relieving Vikas Kundal (IAS, JK:2013), Additional Chief Executive Officer, Metropolitan Regulatory Authority, Srinagar of the additional charge of the post.
