JKPM opens party office at Bandipora

Party committed to uphold dignity, honour of people: Iqbal Rather

Bandipora: District President Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement (JKPM) and Advisor to President and Chairman JKPM, Iqbal Rather on Saturday inaugurated a new party office at Bandipora.
On this occasion, a simple and impressive function was organised by the party workers. Besides a large number of party workers and local people, the function was attended by the constituency In charge Bandipora, Dr Mustafa Khan and constituency coordinator Sonawari Tariq Rather.
Speaking on the occasion, Iqbal Rather highlighted the agenda of JKPM and said that the party would work sincerely to protect the constitutional guarantees and the special status of J&K State.
He said JKPM is committed to protect Articles 370 and 35A of the Constitution at all costs.
“JKPM would launch a crusade against injustices meted out to people of the state on social, political and developmental fronts,” Rather said.
He asked the people to strengthen the hands of Dr Shah Faesal to fructify the dream about a peaceful and prosperous Jammu and Kashmir.
Responding to the demands of the local people, Iqbal Rather urged the Governor administration to expedite work on construction of District Hospital and Grid Station in Bandipora district so that the benefits of these schemes accrue to the people as early as possible.
