Notorious drug peddler arrested along with brown sugar in Sopore

Sopore: Police on Monday claimed to have arrested a notorious drug peddler in Sopore sub-division of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district and recovered contraband substance from his possession.
Police said that on a specific information, they raided a village Hib Dangarpora Rafiabad and apprehended a notorious drug peddler identified as Manzoor Ahmad Dar S/O Abdul Jabbar Dar R/O Hib Dangarpora.
An official said that 18 grams of Brown Sugar was recovered from his possession.
In this regard Case FIR No.’s 116/2019 U/S 8/22, NDPS Act has been registered & investigation taken up.
