‘Apex Global Education Services’ opens Kashmir branch

Srinagar: The branch office of Apex Global Education Service (AGES) franchise holders of CANAM consultants, was on Tuesday inaugurated at Baghat Srinagar.
President Private Schools’ Association Jammu and Kashmir (PSAJ&K) G N Var inaugurated the Srinagar branch in presence of proprietor of the consultancy, Ravinder Pal Kour.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by other members of PSAJ&K as well.
Speaking at the occasion, the proprietor of the consultancy, Ravinder Pal Kour said the head office was already functional in Jammu for the last three years and they were sending hundreds of students abroad for their admissions in various colleges and universities.
“We are sending students for admissions in various courses in nine super destinations including US, UK, Canada, Australia and Germany,” she said.
Kour said the Kashmir branch had been necessitated because of demands of the local students, who aspire to pursue their courses abroad.
“Many students from Kashmir were visiting our consultancy office in Jammu for which they had to spend huge amount for travelling. So we have opened office in Kashmir for the convenience of valley students,” she added.
Kour who is a resident of Baramulla said she wanted to provide admission facilities to the students in her homeland.
“Our students are intelligent and talented as well but they need proper platforms to excel in their chosen filed. We (Kashmiri people) have resources and are well known for education but need proper directions and guidance,” she said.
She also announced a discount for the students recommended by the PSAJ&K for admissions abroad through their consultancy.
