Kishtwar accident toll 35 as four more injured persons succumb
Jammu: The death toll in the accident in Kisthtwar has reached 35 with four more injured succumbing to injuries on Monday.
A minibus (JK17-6787) on way to Kishtwar from Keshwan overturned near Sirgwari and plunged into a deep gorge, resulting in on the spot death of the 28 people and injuries to 21 persons.
The injured were shifted to hospital for treatment were some among them breathed their last.
CMO Abdul Majeed Malik confirmed the death of the 35 persons in the accident and injuries to 17 others. Among, the nine injured persons have been airlifted to GMC Jammu for specialized treatment, he added.
