Encounter rages in Chadoora, one militant killed, operation on
Srinagar, June 30: One has been killed in ongoing operation after a Pre- dawn gunfight broke out between militants and government forces in Chadoora area of Bugam district in Central Kashmir on Sunday, police said.
Official sources said that one militant has been killed in the ongoing operation, however his identity is yet to be ascertained.
Earlier reports said that a joint team of Army’s 53RR and SOG Budgam launched a cordon and search operation in Chadoora Bugam area.
As per the forces two to three militants are believed to be trapped.(GNS)
