Notorious drug peddler held in Sopore, contraband recovered
Sopore: Police in Sopore arrested a notorious drug peddler and recovered 115 grams of Charas from his possession.
The accused identified as Tanveer Ahmad Dar son of Ghulam Hassan Dar of Rebban Sopore was held at a check point at Fruit Mandi crossing in the apple town by a team of police officials headed by DO SI, Mudasir Nazar.
An FIR under NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Sopore and investigation taken up.
