Kishtwar: An encounter broke out between government forces and militants in Keshwan forest area of Kishtwar district.
Forces had launched search operation in area over specific inputs about presence of militants there.
“As the searches were intensified, the hiding militants opened fire which was retaliated by forces triggering encounter in the area,” the official said.
