4-Year old girl slips to death in Ugjan Anantnag
Anantnag: A four-year-old girl died after slipping into the river in Ugjan area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday afternoon.
The minor has been identified as Shameema daughter of Shareef Ahmad of Ugjan, Dialgam.
She was accompanying her mother to fetch water from nearby river when she slipped into the water body.
Locals retrieved her from water body and evacuated her to hospital.
Doctors at District Hospital Anantnag declared her brought dead.
