Drug peddler arrested in Ganderbal, contraband substance seized
Ganderbal: Police on Tuesday arrested a drug peddler and seized contraband from his possession.
The accused whom police identified as Abdul Ahad Bhat son of Ghulam Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Ganderbal, was arrested after a police party from Police Station Ganderbal along with the Executive Magistrate raided his house and recovered 1.3 kilograms of Charas and cash of Rs 3, 42, 800 from his possession, police said.
An FIR under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Ganderbal and investigation has been taken up.
