Greets people on Shab-i-Qadr
Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G A Mir has greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Shabi-i-Qadr being observed on Saturday night.
In a statement issued here, Mir prayed for the wellbeing of the people.
In his message, Mir, while extending hearty greetings to people, said the occasion was very pious and unique on which Almighty Allah revealed the Quran on his beloved Prophet (Peace be upon him) besides providing us the best opportunity to seek mercy and forgiveness from Him.
He further said the Holy Qur’an was the best gift from the Almighty to mankind guiding us to differentiate between right and wrong.
Mir hoped the auspicious occasion of Shab-i-Qadr will usher in an era of complete peace and overall development of Jammu and Kashmir State.
