Forces lay siege over Anantnag village, launch searches
Anantnag: Government forces on Friday launched Cordon and Search Operation in Panzgam Rather Mohalla in Kokernag in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
According to sources forces have sealed the area and all the entry and exit points have been plugged.
The anti militancy operation, sources claimed, was launched following inputs about militants presence in the area.
The operation they said is being jointly conducted by 19RR of Army, Kokernag SOG of Jammu and Kashmir Police.
