Meeting with families of slain police personnel held in Ganderbal
Ganderbal: J&K Police held an interaction session at District Police Lines Ganderbal with 43 families of police personnel, who were killed in the line of duty.
Various issues of respective families like settlement of SRO-43 cases, payment of pending relief, enhancement of scholarships for their wards, health condition of dependents and other issues were discussed.
SSP Ganderbal, Khalil Ahmad Poswal assured the families that their pending issues will be resolved in shortest possible time.
Keeping in mind the upcoming Eid festival, SSP Ganderbal distributed gift items to all participants as a goodwill gesture.
The meeting concluded with appreciation and gratitude from kin of the departed personnel.
ASP Ganderbal, Dy SP DAR Ganderbal, SHO Police Station Ganderbal and other Police officers and officials of District Ganderbal were present on the occasion.
