2 militants killed in Sopore gunfight, searches on
Sopore: Two militants were killed in an encounter that broke out between hiding militants and government forces at Banpora, Dangerpora area of sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday morning.
A joint team of army’s 22 RR and SOG had launched a cordon-and-search operation at Banpora dangerpora village of sopore.
“Two militant have been killed in the encounter while as search operation is still going on,” the official told KNO.
Already, authorities closed all educational institutions including colleges and higher secondary schools in Zangeer area while as internet services are blocked as well.(KNO)
