Srinagar: Parts of south Kashmir are observing complete shutdown on Monday for fourth consecutive day against the killing of militant commander Zakir Musa four days back.

Reports said that shops and business establishments are closed in many areas while as public transport is off the roads.

Zakir Moosa was killed in an encounter at Dadsara tral on Friday morning.

Meanwhile 2G speed internet services has been restored in parts of southern kashmir.

Authorities have ordered closure of majority of education institution as precautionary measure to the art any protests.
