Vote counting: National Confrence leads in Srinagar, Anatnag, Kupwara
Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference is leading on all the three Parliamentary seats of valley with Farooq Abdullah leading by 27000 votes from Srinagar parliamentary constituency comprising of central Kashmir districts of Srinagar, Ganderbal and Budgam.
According to latest details, Farooq polled 42552 votes (57.94%), PDP’s Aga Syed Mohsin got 8050 votes, PC candidate Irfan Raza Anasari had 4654 votes while BJP’s Sheikh Khalid Jahangir had 887 votes.
Baramulla, at the completion of round 18 had NC’s Akbar Lone leading with 60064 votes, followed by AIP Er Er Rasheed with 49897 votes, followed by PC Raja Aijaz Ali= 48764, while PDP’s Ab Wani had 26161 and Congress Haji Farooq Ahmd Mir had 11970.
In Anantnag on completion of 27th round Husnain Masoodi of NC was leading with 16554 votes, followed by Congress’s GA Mir with 16168 votes.
Former CM and PDP president Mehbooba Mufti had 11475, Sofi Yousuf of BJP had 1072 and Shams khawaja had 317 votes.
